IanAndWendy.com is known for its wonderful travel photos with pictures of many of the 51 countries to which Ian and Wendy have traveled together. The site also offers reviews of hotels, motels, hostels and other types of accommodation, information on tours, and restaurant reviews. From their Africa safari to their Nile cruise, shopping at Karama in Dubai or out to dinner at Les Roulottes in Tahiti - Ian and Wendy offer the avid traveler advice and inspiration and the armchair traveler a chance to tour the world from the comfort of their living room.
IanAndWendy.com’s initial focus was on travel photography. Many readers wrote asking for advice on transportation, hotels, restaurants and tours. Ian and Wendy would respond, but there was nowhere on the site to share that information. So, over the last few years they have expanded their traditional website to include a blog. This addition has allowed them to provide readers with more detailed information and reviews.
Now they have joined Twitter. There is no question that social networking sites are becoming more and more popular. Ian and Wendy are hopeful that this new page will bring them closer to their readers and encourage greater interactivity by fostering a sense of community.
